Privacy Policy
PixelPunch Games ("we", "us") makes games for Amazon Fire TV and Fire tablets. This policy explains what information our games collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect anonymous gameplay statistics to make our games better, only after you agree in-game, and we never collect your name, email address, contacts, or location.
What we collect
With your consent, our games record:
- Play sessions — when a session starts and ends, and how long it lasted.
- Gameplay progress — which levels you start, complete, or fail, and how long attempts take.
- App events — that the game was installed, and the app version in use.
- Device information — device model (for example "Fire TV Stick 4K Max"), device class (TV or tablet), and operating system version.
- A device identifier — if you choose "Accept all", the game may use your device advertising identifier so repeated sessions on the same device can be counted as one player. If you choose a limited option, no identifier is collected and your sessions are anonymous.
We do not collect names, email addresses, contacts, precise location, photos, messages, microphone or camera data, or anything you type. Our games contain no chat and no user accounts.
Your consent and choices
The first time you launch one of our games it asks for your permission before any analytics are collected. You can accept everything, choose a limited mode, or decline. If you decline, no analytics are sent at all. Your choice is remembered and the game will not ask again, but you can change it at any time from the game's options.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: understanding how our games are actually played — where players struggle, which levels are too hard or too easy, how long sessions last — so we can improve them. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not build profiles of you across other apps or services.
Where the data goes
Analytics are sent to our own self-hosted analytics service, running on Amazon Web Services in the United States. The data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. No third-party advertising or tracking SDKs are embedded in our games.
How long we keep it
We keep gameplay statistics for as long as they remain useful for improving our games. You can ask us to delete the data associated with your device at any time (see below).
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. On the Amazon Appstore our games are listed for ages 16 and up.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about your device, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us — we will handle requests within 30 days. Because analytics may be stored without any identifier, deletion requests may require information from your device's settings to locate the data.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date. Meaningful changes to what we collect will always be reflected in the in-game consent panel as well.
